This has been such a weird weather Summer here.
Most of the produce has been so-so
because of the extreme heat we have had.
Now Hurricane Irene ruined a lot of what was the last of the summer plantings.
At our Farmers Market this weekend more than half of the vendors
were absent.
Not much produce and no flowers.
So when we went to visit my mother-in-law
it was so great to see all of the wonderful things she had finishing out
in her garden...

Can't wait now for the fall garden
Maybe it will have better luck than the summer one
Can not wait for Pumpkin to spice everything!
